The first floor of the main building houses the Tramuntana, Ponent, Migjorn, Mediterraneo and Embat lounges, the chairman's office and the press room for major regattas, also used for bridge drives.

The lounges are available to members to carry out different activities. They can also be hired out by the day to outside enterprises.
